Temporary Covid-19 FAQ
Strict Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
Due to preventive measures of Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) outbreak, all items purchased from Juelsa Studio are non - refundable / exchangeable. We are concern about our customer's health and hygiene.
We do accept any return for any reason for 14 days before the pandemic happened but now, we have provided our temporary strict policy.
We DO only accept return and exchange for various situations such as wrong product delivered, defective pieces and lost parcel.
All the item returned to Juelsa Studio will NOT resell, and all the returned items will be recycled.
Why are you not taking my return?
First of all, we are sorry. We do lose some of the customer as we do not accept return for NO REASON temporary.
One of our core values is safety. Due to the rapidly evolving (COVID-19) pandemic and our inability to monitor products that have left our stores, we are declining all returns (including refunds, store credits and product exchanges) for the safety of our customers and associates.
Why was this not posted sooner?
We continue to closely monitor the rapidly evolving situation and make decisions that allow us to operate clean, open and stocked stores to serve our customers and support our associates. Out of an abundance of caution, we made the decision to temporarily suspend returns to protect the safety of our associates and customers.
The cost of the return parcel & delivery will be borne by the customer. We recommend shipping the parcel with the most cost-effective shipping that is available, that must include tracking.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your jewelry is exhibiting a genuine defective (gold layer fades, stone or pearl falling or break in shape) in between 30 days after delivered even with your proper care, we will provide an exchange if the stock is available.
The cost of the return parcel & delivery will be borne by Juelsa Studio due to our mistake.
RETURN
At Juelsa Studio, we are sure that you will be satisfied with your product. Every item will be inspected before it dispatches to our customers. We are proud to offer our customers a quality product.
All the return parcel from our customers will not resell back to any new customer.
However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your product we offer an exchange with similar price item. Our exchange policy will cover you for 14 days after it arrive to the new owner. We do not offer refunds or exchanges after these 14 days period has expired.
Only items that were delivered genuinely defective will be accepted for a return, refund and exchange, which will first be evaluated and approved by Juelsa Studio.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
In the interest of hygiene and for your protection we DO NOT accept exchanges or provide refunds for earring collection.
Packs containing pierced earrings, body piercings or hair accessories unless the items are exhibiting a genuine fault.
For your convenience, we ask you to keep your receipt or order information as proof of purchase.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
We do accept refund in very special circumstance. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or direct message to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Inspection of returns usually take seven business days, but it might take longer during busy periods.
WHAT DOES FINAL SALE MEAN?
All items marked final sale/discount usage cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged for a different color or style. We know that buying final sale/discount items can be tricky, so if you have any questions about sizing or fit, please email or direct message us before placing your order.
CHANGE OF MIND
Kindly note that we are only able to provide refunds in limited circumstances. Refunds or exchanges are not eligible due to change of mind. We can’t afford to return & refund due to change of mind. We are operating in a small scale of business; hope you’ll understand us.
DO YOU REPLACE LOST JEWELRY?
We understand how frustrating it can be to misplace your jewelry, but as a small, growing company, we are unable to replace lost jewelry at this time. However, we might provide you a great offer on your next order.
