Shipping Duration
We ship Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am - 5pm ( +8.00 GMT ) , with the exception of Malaysia Public holidays.
Orders Handling
Please allow 2-3 business days (not include public holiday) for us to process and dispatch your order. Juelsa Studio Team pledge to dispatch every order immediately.
For holiday season (In Malaysia), Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Gawai Festival, Christmas Etc. Juelsa Studio will take more time to fulfill the parcel and hope our customer understand it's a small-scale business, a team of 1-2 person to gift wrapped around hundreds of parcel a day. We will try our best to ship out asap.
We allow our customer to purchase while sold out (sold out pieces). The sold-out pieces will be available around 7-14 working day. Juelsa Studio will send a notice if it takes more days to deliver for you.
We will always ship all the items in one parcel (ready stock or available items). Please email us for further arrangement for urgent purchase. If you need the ready stock items to be shipped first, you will have to bare the additional postage fees.
Tracking number will be provided in your email (for website purchase) or direct message. If you log in Juelsa Studio website or subscribe our email, it will be easier for us to place multiple orders with the same shipping destination on the same account (orders will be combined with one tracking code unless otherwise requested).
Tracking ID Information
Please allow at least 1 business days after your order is shipped for the tracking information to appear online. If the tracking information does not update online, and the expected delivery date has passed, please contact at juelsastudio@gmail.com so that we can assist you further.
Please also note that the shipping fee is not refundable in the event of wrong information of delivery placed by customers.
Shipping Fees & Estimated Time Delivery
We ship all orders globally via express shipping.
Express shipping - Poslaju, Gdex & Citylink
For international orders under MYR 50 - 200 depends on your location, there is a flat rate delivery charge.
Please take note that delivery times commence from the date of dispatch. The day as we mention above, is the business day (not include weekend and public holiday).
We cannot be responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, especially during busy period and season.
Tax and Duties
If you are located in Malaysia, Brunei & Singapore we will ensure the parcel to be successfully delivered. We cooperate with our shipping partner and we never lost any single parcel or damaged it in transit. We will immediately resend a new parcel to your door place once you inform us If the parcel lost. We will cover your duties and taxes too.
For standard & International shipping we will ship your parcel as a gift to prevent unknown custom charges & duties that have to bare by you to receive the parcel.
We cannot be responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, local duties and taxes, and items that are lost in transit.
The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer.
For better experience, we suggest you use Express Shipping, it will be less issue.

Foreign Transaction Fees
Juelsa Studio does not charge any additional fees other than the total amount owed for the order. Other fees would have been applied by your bank and are not under the control of Juelsa Studio.
As we're based in Borneo, Malaysia, banks in other countries may consider us a "foreign company" and charge additional international fees on their own. We are not able to provide a refund for any foreign transaction fees.

Pre-Order
Most of our pre-order item will be back in stock in 28 working days. If you added one "made to order" item in your cart, you will need to wait for the item back in stock so we will fulfill the item for you.
I have Pre-order item and ready stock item in my purchase/order. May I get the in stock items first?
If you have PRE-ORDER item within your cart, your order will be placed on hold and shipped all together when the items are back in stock. We will advice that you may purchase the item separately in 2 orders if you're urgent or it's for gifting.
What are the advantages of buying a pre-order item?
The advantage of buying an item in pre-order is that you can guarantee the size or item you want without risking that it runs out as soon as it is available in our warehouse.
Requests for certain items can be multiple. For this reason, their availability can run out even before they are physically available in stock.
